Bowness Beauty Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We understand that life happens and plans can change. To keep our schedule running smoothly and ensure all clients have the opportunity to book with us, we kindly ask you to follow our cancellation policy:
1. Notice Period-Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
2. Late Cancellations- Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment may incur a 50% fee
3. No-Shows- you will be asked to pre pay for future treatments
If you miss your appointment without notice, the full service amount may be charged.
